Public Safety & Justice Task Force

The task force provides a forum for state leaders to address the challenges presented by dynamically changing social, economic and political environments. The task force's activities focus on tracking national conditions and emerging trends, identifying innovative and effective solutions, and transforming these options into viable policy positions and response projects. The Public Safety & Justice Task Force encourages multi-state problem solving and the sharing of best practices, and facilitates networking among state officials and between the public and private sectors.
