Strategic Planning Committee

Strategic Planning Committee

The committee coordinates the short- and long-term organizational planning and assessment activities of the Council. This includes establishing and overseeing task forces and working groups to carry out these activities. The committee also guides CSG's technological development, monitors grant and project development activity, and oversees the CSG affiliation process for prospective partners. As CSG implements its trends-focused mission, the Strategic Planning Committee will serve as a "roundtable" for CSG leaders to engage in a dialogue about the prerequisite changes to processes, programs and services necessary to achieve this mission. The Strategic Planning Committee also will assess regional/headquarters relationships, including ways to better integrate their internal operations and communications.
