The states and territories are in the midst of the worst budget crisis since the Great Depression. While the Recovery Act tempered the impact of the fiscal storm, stimulus money is coming to an end and revenues are still in the ditch—there is much more trouble ahead. This session will feature frontline perspectives from state fiscal chairs and budget officers on what states need to do to weather the storm.
