JC Hendrickson joined CSG’s Washington, DC office in 2011 and he currently serves as director of legislative affairs. JC is CSG's voice on Capitol Hill and advises state leaders on congressional activity that impacts states.
JC also manages the agenda for the Legal Task Force, which files amicus briefs with federal courts on behalf of CSG. He also focuses in the areas of transportation, banking/market regulation, education, energy and the environment.
Before joining CSG, JC worked for nearly five years on Capitol Hill, most recently as Legislative Director for Congressman John Hall, NY-19, where he managed a wide variety of policy issues. JC has also worked for Congressman Brad Sherman, CA-27.
JC graduated from American University in Washington, DC with a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society. He is a native of Middletown, NY where he served as an Alderman on the city’s Common Council.
