Jennifer Horne
Jennifer Horne joined CSG in 2007. In this role, Horne coordinates the CSG Knowledge Center, a user-friendly online repository for policy information that includes interactive representations of data, a policy blog, historical data and publications. She also oversees the Capitol Research series of policy briefs.
Horne previously served as a senior policy analyst in public safety and justice, where she completed a multi-year grant-funded program investigating sex offender management in the states.
Prior to joining CSG, Horne served as a lobbyist for the International Association of Chiefs of Police in Alexandria, Va.
Horne holds a bachelor’s degree in politics and Spanish from Washington and Lee University, Lexington, Va., a master’s degree in information sciences from the University of Tennessee, and a master’s degree in legislative affairs from George Washington University, Washington, D.C.
