The proposed governance changes would codify current practice by affirming CSG’s commitment to a regional rotation of officers. The proposed changes would also set forth a new process for nominating and electing CSG’s national officers as well as new tools for filling officer vacancies should they occur and new language regarding the removal of officers from office should it become necessary.
