2006 Toll Fellows selected

The Toll Fellowship Program was founded in 1986 to equip talented state policymakers with the skills and strategies to met future challenges. It’s named for Henry Wolcott Toll, a Colorado senator from 1922 until 1930, who founded The Council of State Governments in 1933.

With its graduation, the 2006 Toll Class will mark the 20th anniversary of the program.
