Application Components

  1. Application Form*
  2. Letter of nomination: Applicants must include ONE letter of nomination by a top state official from the SAME BRANCH AND STATE AS THE APPLICANT.
  3. Letters of recommendation: TWO letters of recommendation must also be submitted. These two letters can come from officials of any branch. (Letters from Toll Fellow Alumni are recommended.)
  4. Current resume
  5. Completed Application Questions*

Eligibility Requirements

  1. Must be an active state government official in the legislative, executive or judicial branch within any U.S. state, U.S. territory or Canadian province.
  2. Must have demonstrated leadership skills and abilities.
  3. Must be available for the ENTIRE program. (To preserve the integrity of the program and as a professional courtesy to the other members of the class, CSG reserves the right to replace any participant unable to commit to these dates.)
