All accommodations will be reserved with a major credit card. Notice of cancellation should be received 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalty charges.

To confirm a sleeping room within the room block, the sleeping room must be secured with a valid credit card provided either the guest attending the Event, along with a first night’s deposit, refundable up to (7) days in advance of arrival. Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment.  All credit cards used to prepay the room deposit may be charged immediately.

In order to receive the CSG group rate, reservations must be made by November 1, 2022. CSG cannot guarantee the group rate after November 1st.

• Extra Person rate for every third and fourth occupant in the room is $50.00 per person, per night plus tax (maximum of four persons), subject to change.
• Children under 18 stay free if in same room as parents, utilizing existing bedding.
• Rollaway charge is currently $95.00 plus tax, per rollaway, per night (subject to change).
• Guaranteed Connecting Rooms will be assessed a charge of $50.00 plus tax per night, per pair (subject to change).
• Guest Parking Rates: Self-Parking $49.00 plus tax, per day and Valet Parking $59.00 plus tax per day (subject to change).

All guests arriving before check-in time may be accommodated as rooms become available, provided that such guests elect to pay an early arrival charge.  Currently, the early arrival charges are: (times and rates are subject to change without notice)

• $125.00 for arrivals between 7:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.
• $75.00 for arrivals between 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

The hotel can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

If a guest who has requested a room within the room block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early departure charge to that guest’s individual account (currently, $100.00). Guests wishing to avoid an early departure charge should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
